• Project lead for all live entertainment including musicians, artists, roaming entertainment, DJs, dancers and MCs

• Programming of all live entertainment across all seven emirates

• Working alongside the Creative Director to ensure the relevance and authenticity of all elements

• Managing a design team to create all costumes and props

• Managing all talent including booking and contracting

• Overseeing all operations and logistics including transport, artist and staff permits

• Schedule management of all rehearsals on and off-site

• Creating and distributing all talent call sheets
